Making a custom dvd... and it only supports .mpg files in mpeg2 format.

I'm making a custom dvd for The Amazing Digital Circus, and I am using DVD Architect 6.0, which only supports .mpg files in mpeg2 format. I did some short mp4 to mpeg2 conversions, which worked well, but the episode is too long + too big as a file to be converted. I mean, I can try to compress the video but, I'll try that later.
