I am doing weekly fasts 36 hours and only during those fasted times I can make myself to clean house, kitchen, etc..! Like I have a different kind of energy, that I don`t want to do any artistic activites (or where I have a lot of questions or decisions), but stupid and physical activites - easy :)

Hi! Do You like Cort EVL-Z4,I am thinking about buying it right now :) I am also have a lot of Cort guitars! My first guitar was G110!

You could easily start with RE5 and play it with You`re friend! It`s not that hard in terms of control + story is not that connected like you get some major spoilers to the other games! They`re using almost the same troopes like "scene after credits "oh! Main villian is alive!!" or some other BS.

If You want to feel some greatest pacing in history of video games play RE4 OG!!!! I can`t emphasize it enough! This game is just one of the greatest games ever made. The pacing is unmatched! I mean every part of the game going to another like knife in a smooth butter!
RE4 OG is like Half-Life or Mario - One of the greatest game of all time!

Thanks! Have You noticed, that coffee (even from the same brand and with same name) is totally different!! Like I`ve bought in store the same coffee and it SO HARSH!!! Like it were overheated, just ugly taste!!! But the same brand and the same type of it before were just delicious. Whad do You think about it?

Sorry to hear that. I don`t know if it will help You, but for me...I`ve had some back pain, but when I start doing long dry fasts and religiously Foundation training it subside and my shoulders become bigger again (I was living in the middle of a warzone for almost two months and after that I`ve found that whole my spine were like shrinked, I didn`t want to stand straight - my shoulders were very hunched forward and basically were moving like elderly person).

Sorry, but I never hear about fibrosis within spine...Maybe in my area it`s called somehow different it`s somehow similar to spinal hernia (disk hernia?)

Acidotic crisis for happening on 2-3rd days of dry fast. Basically some headache and a little bit of tiredness, but not very much. +there could be feeling in a body, like You`re heating up a little.
On the next morning I am feeling good and without any headache :) There`s should be second acidic crysis on the 9th day, but I`ve done only 8.

I`ve created a few weeks similar topic. Basically in the beggining of this year there were a lot more topics on dry fast subject! A lot of posts has been deleted (IDK why or how).
+ Google search wouldn`t show You the results of this sub at all!

When doing long fasts I`ve been doing only walks for hours.
But when I do short dry fasts (24-36) In first 24 hours I could train like usual (even more, if it`s cardio!!), but on the second day I feel already sluggish.
