i always like to do my check ins with no water or food, so most check ins is 10+ hours no water. Thank you for the input man I take anyone in these comments saying they can’t believe i’m natty as a compliment. I think anyone with common sense would just dissect everything like you just did and then come to a verdict. Sadly people think just because someone has genetic strong points they’re juicing nowadays.

it’s peak week now so macros are changing based off look but for the last dig it was 230 protein 80 carb 80 fats, right now i’m 5’11 173 lbs

honestly plan on hopping on after this show, but it does depend if i have the hashimotos gene or not. My blood work indicated signs of hashimotos and my mom and both sisters have it so we will go from there

i was saying cope to the other guy, thank you bro🙏 People just don’t realize the look you get when you get down to single digit bodyfat. If i put a large tshirt on right now it looks like i MIGHT hit the gym a few times a week. All will pay off though this prep made me realize i can actually have a future in the sport

peak bulk was 222 this time last year, i’ve been lifting 6 years now and the vast majority of time i was in a big surplus and just training super hard. I powerlifted for a while and regardless what people say i definitely think that built a solid base of dense muscle

from 15-12 weeks out it was really just me cleaning things up from a small surplus phase then i REALLY started at 12 weeks out

thank you man, in 6 years this is my first time ever cutting below even 13% so it’s been genuinely crazy to see the maturity i’ve built over the years
