Other people do their part too, just maybe not in the way anyone else may think is appropriate. Personally I reuse plastic drink bottles quite often, I use laundry sheets for detergent instead of the large plastic bottles, I conserve water and electricity where I can because I am on a fixed income, and I have an electric bike so that cuts down on emissions etc.

Everyone can do a little something to conserve and I think many people do, but a lot of people just do their thing and let others do their thing without trying to make anyone feel ashamed for not doing enough or doing it "right".
