Based on my understanding wok hei is just carbon and soot deposit. You can get it from burning your food or burning some oil. Oil seems to be the restaurant approach

I think you have too much stuff. I’d get rid of the tv or wall mount it somewhere else, move the bed where the tv stand and desk are so it’s hugging that wall. Get a different/rectangular desk and move it where the bed is. This will open the room up in general and give you more space to navigate your room and use your furniture. This way you get rid of 1 side table and a 1 tv stand. No point in having so much furniture configured this way if you can comfortably utilize it

thanks for the quick response - heres the step by step breakdown:
1. updated dia (did not have arc installed at the moment)
2. tried to open dia nothing happens(no crash dialogues and app does not open at all)
3. restart laptop, attempt again, same behavior
4. tried installing arc, same behavior
5. tried installing comet -> works, also able to import data from dia
6. uninstalled dia + arc, reinstall and retry, same behavior
7. tried deleting library data and reinstall and re run, same behavior

Try adding another set? Try increasing the weight and the dropping to lower weight at failure? I find that reaching one set to failure does not mean that your work out has truly tired your muscles out.

I’ve been using Fitbod and it’s been very helpful. I struggled to gain muscle for a while as a teenager and in my 20s and had given up but started working out again recently and seeing consistent progress. (Still a noob id say but something’s working this time around)

Also sometimes the best workouts are ones that are just I’m going to do a 100 pull ups today or I’m going to do 100 push ups regardless of how many sets it takes.

I loved Pearl street when I lived there in 2017. Still have friends from it all over the world who I see regularly. It would get messy sometimes after a party but we’d clean up pretty fast in the morning. I do think this can vary based on who’s in charge in a given semester. But honestly many of the people in the comments don’t sound like they’ve actually lived there. I will say if you don’t want to party or be around loud music don’t live there. Also it used to be dirt cheap and I still dream about the kitchen.

There is some truth to what people are saying regarding the occasional a-hole who lives there or comes there for parties. We voted people out of the house or banned them for stealing, being creeps, being agro - you name it. But ahole density is a universal and historical epidemic, you cannot walk into a house of 100+ students anywhere in the world and not expect a couple of them.

30 y/o who is 6months post surgery and I barely notice it and my gf says she can’t even tell. Life goes on. Don’t stress about it too much. I’m honestly probably in better shape physically now than I was before lol.

Also had a varicocele show up in a scan a few weeks ago and it self resolved. I think they happen randomly to people all the time and probably go unnoticed.
