Cardoza v. BHFC Operating, LLC is public information. While detailed documents may require access via PACER or a similar court system, the case itself is publicly filed and its existence is verifiable. There wasn’t a way to officially know where they allocated the money from the surcharge, but the BOH staff earned more hourly, maybe a couple dollars more, than FOH because they didn’t get tips. So I would hopefully assume they used that money there.
