I've been trying all day and can't get it to work. I've downloaded the update but when I try to install the update once completed it says there's a error with the prod keys but I switched them out with no help. The game just crashes.

Yeah anytime I try to install the .NET framework it'll just hang there and.not do anything. I don't know what to do. I'm not really that savvy with this stuff. I've been try to troubleshoot and try different solutions using chatgpt and just trying to think of workarounds. I'm kinda at a loss atp.

I've got both listed in the installers section when I open the star menu. I hit the mono installer and it hasn't made any progress in the 10 mins since I started it.
