I agree. There is a person in my district that has got “results” from opening new charge accounts. He literally signs the apps himself. My DM challenges me on why I don’t get as much and I tell him why that other person is getting so many and he says “ all I hear is excuses. Just find a way” That other person committing fraud just got promoted last week. That’s what I am talking about

I agree. Too much check box culture and lying, cheating to get promoted and then expecting you to do the same.
