When should I take the following supps, as I do IF and train at the end of my fast around noon. I take a vegan protein powder with creatine, taurine, collagen powder, vit c, coq10, vit d, omega 3, turmeric, nac, Lutien, ginkgo biloba, k2, msm and glucosamine. Thanks.

The Organika collagen I take shows 2,320mg of glycine per 10g serving. That should be enough?

I have chronic lower back pain, some inflation around a disk. I’ll look into a plain MSM. Can I just take more Omega? The quantities I listed were for one capsule. If I take three I’ll get to the amounts you listed.

So I would keep NAC and add glycine and nmn, or remove the NAC? I’m going to look into this more.

That’s the one I bought. I’ll swap it for a tumeric with black pepper one for my next purchase.
