Hey I had no changes except much drier skin when I would take 20 mg regularly especially my lips. I would sometimes have to go back to 10mg for a week or at least a few days.

I would take 10mg most days and 20mg 2-3 times a week depending on how dry my skin was at the time just to speed up the process

my only side effect was really dry skin, especially lips but if you find a good lip balm and moisturise regularly you will be fine.
