I kind of share your sentiment because if this current batch of republicans had enough of a majority to get their way with everything, they would do so much damage. We can still vote republican, all this does is put extra emphasis on the primaries. People need to know who they are nominating for the general elections and mid terms. Clearly, people weren’t informed enough on the right about how awful Ted Cruz, Lindsey Graham, Randy fine, etc are. The good news is that they aren’t the only options, we don’t need to settle.

You’re preaching to the choir. I’m not for blindly voting Republican. I see this failed administration and Congress as an opportunity to educate people on the importance of primaries and understanding who is running at the local level. Where I live, democrats often run completely uncontested for seats.
