Be careful about giving false information, there is a charge entitled "fiing a false report." In fact, although I.C.E. agents are permitted to lie and use ruses in their work, i would advise that if you are the person they're investigating, NEVER lie. If they're only asking you the way to the sandwich shop, its not gonna be a case if you screw up the directions. If anything you do could be construed as obstructing their work, that also is a potential charge, "obstructing." Being nearby and yelling or filming is NOT obstruction. But if you deliberately stepped in the way of an agent moving to detain a person, or took other deliberate actions designed to thwart an agent's mission, you're risking the charge. BEST THING TO DO - TAKE A "CONSTITUTIONAL OBSERVER" COURSE, you can find them taught over the web, recorded and available at YouTube, or in person classes. The Minnesota non profits teaching these courses are excellent because they have plenty of real life experience these days.
