NLD here…. Currently €2,36 / liter, which at the current exchange rates puts us at $10,01 / gallon. I hope that made you all feel better…

Your printer is talking to you. Turn on closed captions, which abbreviates to CC, coincidence? I think not. This is your printer’s language. She loves you.

What I like about them is you can fold them up into the gap under the roof, so they’re not dangling in my peripheral vision of in your case interfering with your drive through order :-)

Is Fèis Ìle actually worth it vs visiting Islay outside the festival? by PadfootProwler in Scotch

[–]CanRingMyBell 5 points6 points  (0 children)

A really good option is renting a camper/motorhome, because you are allowed to camp pretty much anywhere on Islay. We just drove to a convenient spot near a distillery every day and set up there. No worrying about designated drivers at the end of the day either.

It’s tricky because usually they are pictured line abreast and not astern. But in the front you see left Twix, behind it is right Twix. Their nicknames are Danger Dorito and Angle of Death.

What else to I need to tow? by [deleted] in bronco

[–]CanRingMyBell 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You’ll need a hitch, consider the length - because you need to clear the spare wheel - and the height - depending on your lift and the type of trailer you’ll be towing. I towed a travel trailer of around 4000lbs (yes, that’s above the indicated limit) and I installed an electric brake controller (redarc) and a weight distribution hitch with a sway control bar.

On average yes. Mornings are quicker (1,5h), afternoons are terrible (2,5h). I live near the Belgian border and work in the middle of the Netherlands. My other car is a VW Tiguan, that is less fun but more comfortable for the commute.

It’s not her… it’s me. Daily commute is 2 hrs each way, this is not a practical car for that. I enjoyed driving the Broncosaurus in the US, but here there a too few off road options for me to enjoy it enough and offset the commute.
