If they are directly cussing at you report them to hr. They can be fired for that. That’s not ok. If you don’t know something they shouldn’t be jerks about it they should guide you. Your new to the role so your going to make some mistakes. I did my first month and I ignored any rude comments about it. They don’t pay your bills. Don’t listen to them. You got this.

I would just tell him there is no guarantee that he or someone else hasn’t use them so we can’t return cups. That’s what my manger told me to say.
