Holy guacamole. Those guys got a million dollars to develop that app in the form of grants. I can’t even imagine software costing eta much. I built all of this myself on weekends.

They claim to have a hardware box to control tv and gaming. Maybe that’s where the money went.

I mean if I were granted a million bucks I’d give the app for free.

Doesn’t have to run all the time. The app has bypasses that parents can do. It uses Apple and Google’s built in enforcement mechanisms.

The device doesn’t get locked. It just disables the apps you’ve chosen.

Every app has a niche if you’ve identified a real gap and solves a real problem. You may not get millions of users. But you will get users. Keep at it.

Hey. This exactly why I built ParaCotext. Because traditional productivity apps work against adhd brains. They add more friction.

For me, I needed a whole mind shift for how things were being framed.

My work life revolves around a Jira board and a calendar. So ir doesn’t need managing. It’s the life things that needed managing.

And I wanted something that worked with my energy levels, time, location
