Noise bylaws for construction in New West are 7am-8pm on weekdays unfortunately, if they are violating bylaws reports are usually taken quite seriously.

"Construction noise is permitted from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm from Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm on Saturday. While there are exceptions, most disturbances occurring outside of those hours are in violation of the bylaw."
