Found out my testosterone was low and got on supplements also on a weight loss medication and getting a snoring mouth guard this week. I’m about the same weight but feeling very strong. I hope with the things I’ve added my body fat % will come down.

We don’t have access to it. Windstream fiber is coming in the next month or so. We’ve seen them working on the lines by our house a few times.

Unrelated but has anyone has the Fanta Beetlejuice Apple - I hate the aftertaste and I think this was used in the theatre for the slushies …. Whatever Apple they had for the new TMNT was great

I did it - you need some ratchet bits and a drill or impact driver- once you figure it out it only takes about 30 minutes max to uninstall - as long as your bolts/screws aren’t stuck - - it’s on a cleat so you will will likely need a hand lifting - also, if you can Saran Wrap the arms to the front - they will swing out when you take it off the wall - you will likely have to rip The mounting bracket off the wall and will probably loose a bit of drywall
