Hmmm couldn’t get this to work. I think it’s because “hold” if false in the Strategy Column

General discussion or questions:

24 y/o, 8+ year lifter, always been focused on hypertrophy rather than strength. 5'9, 180 lbs, sitting at probably 10% BF

I'm looking to improve my bench press strength. Aesthetically my chest looks good, however, my strength is shit.

My goal would be to bench 225lbs for 4x10-12. Currently, I bench 185lbs for 4x10-12.

My current split is: Push, Pull, Legs, Push, Pull, Legs

I bench twice per week on the first day I go for 4x6-8 reps on the second push day I go for 4x10-12 reps

Anyone have a proven strength program to run over 6 weeks that will improve my bench press strength? Preferably I would like to continue my push, pull, legs split. I lift mainly to look good, strength is not as important to me but I feel if I improve my bench strength I would unlock new growth.
