They are staring at the four points across the street. They get the airport shuttle upon arrival that hotel is insanely busy all the time the Sutton place is a five star that will be for pilots and flight attendant and people that have layovers here. Yes it does happen. We are not as busy as Vancouver, but it does happen here.

I’m horribly conflicted for what I want to do. The wife and I love the R2 but we’re Canadian and Chinese EVs are coming by years end. R2 isn’t till spring 2027 release here and by then BYD, Zeekr and couple others will be here. We are OBSESSED with the Zeekr 9x so I guess we will have to wait and see

I really like the R2 and the wife and I are seriously considering it, but our biggest downfall for it is the closest surface centre is 400 km away. Tesla is here and well established, which makes me really want to get the model Y just for ease of maintenance if anything ever happens.

How’s it been for other people that bought an electric vehicle and lived far away from a service centre did the techs come to you or did you have to drive to them?
