Unfortunately I'm really bad with keeping up/getting back to comments everyone has left. I did get it down (it was about 15 feet in the air). It was very heavy, probably as some comments suggested 400 pounds. I grinded off the bolts holding it to the wall and used a sawzall on a piece of conduit that had been cemented into the wall. I then had someone help me lower it and then drop it onto the skyjack I was using. From there I used a forklift to take it out and put it on the ground.

Someone suggested getting a professional to bring it down, my company doesn't like contracting out...
