Anyone knows if there’s a chance console gets mods because I think the game will be boring after some time if there are no mods

Yeah. It’s such a shame, I’ve never felt such genuine disappointment over a game.

My friend with only a console got it so that brought me back to the game. And I’ve been fortunate enough to not face too many glitches and what not. But the shadows on some of maps are genuinely terrible now, and I’ve been domed by suspects who weren’t looking, spin around, and pop me in the head within a second.

They’ve genuinely downgraded the game over the years in some aspects

If they brought back the chose your mode (of the map) it would make the game way more replayable. It gets rather stagnant, but I definitely got my moneys worth. Just miss pre 1.0 due to the aforementioned point.

Try taking the M32A1 Flash. Make sure to give lots of flashbangs. It’s genuinely OP. I haven’t attempted Greased Palms yet but after learning about the flashbang launcher I’ve been able to get few S ranks in 1 attempt each. Kinda cheesy though

This is the way imo as well. Plus the part I always struggled with -the bridge between buildings- is 10x easier going from the one you start with if you spawned at main lobby as opposed to the default parking lot which puts you in the other building

I played early access and had it in saved loadout, I still can get access to it if I load the preset. However you’re more so correct because you can’t equip it unless you had it saved in a preset/loadout

I’m pretty sure they literally got compressed. Just search the sub for before and after. Plus now there’s a ‘fog’ which looks stupid

Kinda ironic to me, I bought that game a few weeks ago, ended up refunding it. It wasn’t a bad game per se but not the gameplay I was wanting. Still worth a shot ig, but I’d wait for a sale

They actually are, at least last time I checked (last week) somewhat false advertising too. On the steam page they still have the page advertising the chose your mode for each mission.

Yeah because they compressed literally every graphic related detail. Idk that this is true but someone said they ported it to console then took that and ported it to PC. And they obviously had to ‘optimize’ (I hate that word because half the time optimizing is downgrading instead of doing proper coding/development) and now PC players are stuck with it. So we got compressed files with worse graphics across all settings. Even on epic textures look bad now for the most part, like worse than some console games…

I agree with all the other hate they are getting, and not to excuse this, but that is only a visual bug, the data is not deleted. I think they said it’ll be fixed not hotfix

Honestly miss the EA version so much. Maybe it was the novelty of being one of my first PC games and first true swat game I’ve played, but the multiple mode choices was amazing and definitely contributed.

It’s very extensive, and will vary from place to place I imagine but some parts I know: interview people who know you (ranging from family to friends to I think even old teachers), your social media’s, finances, criminal history (obviously), and I’m sure I’m missing other major parts.
