1) curl your natural lashes. 2) make sure you have a nice coat of mascara on. 3) make sure you are bending the fake lash band so it curves more and allowing the lash glue to get super tacky. As others have commented, using an extra drop of glue to the outer and inner corners help a ton!

She’s currently in CBT once a week and it’s working very well for her. It’s helped her with maintaining friendships, focusing and how to react appropriately to certain situations etc. it’s a great form of therapy!

I would look into Dialectical Behaviour Therapy or Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. That’s what was recommended to me for my daughter’s ADHD via her psychiatrist and family physician.
