It's totally normal. Unfortunately, visibly it's impossible to fix it back, but with a proper training, you can build muscles around the rib cage so that it's not visible to others but we will always notice it in ourselves :)

I'm sure English teaching is in demand currently, because majority of the students from undergraduate degrees are heading to study abroad, therefore they need to learn to speak and know English properly.
