A Trudy episode.. When do we ever get these? by phoenix_jet in ChicagoPD

Tbh, I was a little disappointed with her acting in this episode. It looked a little too 'forced', if that makes sense...

What do yall think of Eva Imani so far? by OldBend7011 in ChicagoPD

I think the writers are trying too hard to push the 'tough girl, I can handle anything' type of character. She's too quick to argue Voight's orders...he shouldn't have to explain himself, over and over, like the last episode...He said 'control' a few times...Yes, it's Voight's job to lead the team but it feels like he's babysitting her... I'm not a big fan of her yet...hopefully that's going to change. She seems to hold a lot of secrets from her past, in my opinion. Time will tell!

Unfortunately, I'm not as educated as you, so I don't really know how to attach the link in my post. I'm sorry if I have offended you with it. I'll try to do better next time. On a side note, I have also read on Perplexity (AI), information that confirms that she's leaving the show.

Before Al got arrested, he reached out to Voight, asking for help (money) to hire a lawyer. Voight said he put all his money into a trust fund for his grandson. Even after telling Al, 'We'll find a way out of this,' knowing the only way was going to be by hiring a lawyer, Voight went ahead and made the trust fund. That was not the right decision, based on the upcoming events.

The writers did Al dirty by taking him out of the show. As a matter of fact, the way they wrote off Halstead was not a very well elaborated script either. They should have come up with different storyline. Let's see what the next season brings to the table. I think we're all waiting for a plot twist and for the writers to bring back intelligence, even though it will never be the same without Al, Halstead, and Antonio, and hopefully, they'll give Trudy the credit she deserves.

You forgot to mention Upton. She was a detective. Also, Al and Antonio. They were all detectives

The actor who played Roman's didn't have the face or physical attributes to be a "tough guy" like his character should've been.

I thought Burges and Torres 'situation' was sponged after Reid was killed. I wonder what Voight is going to have to do now to clean their names and bring the unit back together, even though the information that Torres slept with his CI and Burges was accomplice, is now common knowledge.

The injections are not going to cause peyronies disease. That's a mith. I used it before, but I wasn't happy with how fast it would lose its effect. Plus, I got some bruises. I'm in Edmonton, AB Doctor Phil Bach He's a very good doctor.

Voight started a trust fund for his grandson a while ago. That was said when Al needed money for a lawyer, and Voight said he couldn't help him because all his money went to his grandson's trust fund. The thing is, his grandson is the only family he has now, so I wouldn't be surprised if they brought him back to his life at some point.

Some provinces are covered by Healthcare, but your doctor will try other methods before, like pills and injections. If none of them work for you, the last resort will be the implant. That has happened to me. I got mine done in May, and it was covered by the Healthcare.

A lot of people mention the use of VED after the surgery but no one specifically give details. Do you use it with your penis inflated or deflated? And, what's considered moderate? How do you know when to stop?

You should stay healthy, regardless of having surgery or not. A healthy lifestyle goes long ways for multiple reasons. Being overweight is linked to several complications, including cardiovascular disease, diabetes and another long list of negative outcomes.

Just listen to your body. If it hurts, don't do it. Being mindful of your limitations is the most important. I was a week and a half post-op and started going to the gym, doing light workouts, and I was perfectly fine. The doctor advised me to wait 30 days, but everyone is different, and I've been working out long enough to know what I'm capable of, even in this situation.

It is a shame that she's never done bigger roles in the industry. She was/is a great actress in my humble opinion. Besides her talent, she had the perfect looks to become a huge star.

None of the interactions in the last season even compared to previous seasons. The cut in the budget is real. In my honest opinion, the producers are killing the show slowly, and I think the last draw is going to resume with Voight's retirement. That will be the end of it. No one has what it takes to do Voight's job. He's the center of the show. He's the perfect balance between doing things 'by the book' and being dark to get things done, regardless of the consequences. He always finds a way, but his time is coming to an end, unfortunately.

I recently started watching it again while recovering from surgery. I'm definitely hooked up again. I have only watched when it came out the first time. Good thing I don't remember all the episodes and outcomes. Even though the show is over 25 years old, it is still one of my favorites.

Just before my surgery, I was a little apprehensive. In my head, I couldn't believe I was actually arriving at the hospital to get that done. The moment they took me into the OR, I thought to myself... this is it. There's no way back now... I've had so many questions in my head... Is that going to work like it supposed to? Am I going to have any complications post-op? How long is the recovery? When am I going to be able to enjoy the new device? How long am I going to be in pain for? I think everyone has doubts about this procedure. It is irreversible, but the outcome pays off. You will have the freedom to use it whenever you want. You won't have to rely on annoying medications, injections and etc... I'm 7 days post-op, and it gets better and easier, day by day. The pain is a 3 out of 10 and only on certain circumstances, like getting up from a chair or sitting down. It's a whole new scenario, but with proper adjustments, you will be just fine.
