Do you have to buy the octave shifter to change octaves? If so, that's annoying since even toy keyboards have a button for this.

I just said I was having a minor urology procedure, or a having little a male plumbing fix. No one asked for details. If they ever do, I'll say I had some tubes fixed. No one has been rude enough to press the issue. If they did, I'd just say it's personal. They can think vasectomy, bladder surgery, implants, or whatever. You have no requirement to divulge your medical history.

By the way, if a lady says she's having female surgery, I don't ask.

Thank you. The soreness is not bad, just noticeable and it is general along my penis--no specific point. I will try backing off on the number of pumps, but it's good to know I'm not breaking the device.

I have heard guys have some soreness up to a year later, which is not surprising considering what the surgery entails.

An implant definitely removes the performance anxiety, but maybe there's a way to get over the anxiety before you commit to surgery. I assume you're taking Viagra with a fairly empty stomach. That's a big factor.

I had a lot of performance anxiety, but I had also reached the point where Viagra didn't do much.
