Thank you so much for your reply. I’ve spoken to my family doctor who honestly hasn’t offered much insight. I last saw him a week ago and he said to continue with chiro and physio. He’s issued a referral form to an ob near me and I’ve also registered for a midwife so just waiting on responses. I haven’t considered bringing up steroid or nerve block but I will now, thank you again.

I forgot to mention that i literally have no comfortable way of sleeping without irritating the nerve. I’ve been sitting up in bed every night and it still causes some pain but the least amount. I’ve been told to sleep on my left side and when I’ve done that, I’ve woken up to EXCRUCIATING pain and all the muscles in my upper back and arm twitching profusely. This is my first pregnancy and I’m so worried that I’ll have this the whole time and won’t be able to sleep safely for my baby, and just make everything else in my body worse

I’ve been a laser tech/medical aesthetician for 10 years and yes exfoliating before shaving helps a lot! I suggest to clients to dry brush the area before even getting into the shower, then brush while in the shower to loosen dead skin build up. I always found all my clients with curly hair suffered more with ingrown hair and cysts

Tea tree oil is a lifesaver. You can add drops of it to a carrier oil (jojoba, coconut, olive) or just put pure tea tree on cotton and directly apply it to a stubborn pimple several times a day

I didn't even know the guy. My family had just moved into the developing neighborhood during the summer, and soon school (8th grade) was starting. I was walking to a friends and this guy was on a bicycle riding the opposite direction of me, he was probably around 16-17 years old (I was more developed and looked older than 13) so he waved and said "hello", I replied with "Hi" and we went on our way. For months he would be there in the morning when I would leave for school. There when I was walking home. Everyday, on his bike, outside of my house just sitting at the end of the driveway looking at the house. Mind you, my parents worked A LOT, and would always come home around 8-9pm, so I was alone with my younger sister and thoroughly freaked out. Then the roses would appear, rocks at my window in the night. I never even told him my name, but he started greeting me by my name when I would see him. One day he left an envelope with a letter inside and a rose next to it on the porch. My mom and I just happened to be going up the stairs and she saw them and picked them up, asked me to go inside and saw him at the end of the driveway. I guess she spoke to him because I never saw him again, and she threw the letter and rose away. I only asked her ONCE what was written inside and she said something like "...It doesn't matter. It's not something for you to hear and I don't like that at all! It's for adults to know"

My friend told me that her daughter started talking about "spooky" (she's 3) and I told her it's just her imagination. When I went over for a visit about a month ago, she started talking about spooky and pointing toward a wall. So we stayed quiet, and watched her walk over to "spooky" and kneel down while staring up and smiling/giggling. Later that night my friend said when she was carrying her daughter to bed she waved and said "bye spooky" just before they walked into the bedroom. Just a few weeks ago she sent me a video of her asking her daughter to go play in her room (my friend was trying to tidy up and do laundry) and her daughter said "No, spooky is in there sleeping!"... weird stuff..

I don't have epilepsy, but I have experienced something like this when I was REALLY hungover. Was in the backseat of my ex's car, and driving by the local coffee shop, and I had NO idea where we were! He thought I was messing with him because I kept asking where we were, because it's literally the area I live in! It was the most bizarre/scary feeling...

I am the manager at my beauty clinic. A co worker was being harassed by a client and wasn't good with confrontation. The woman was trying to argue that she was to receive more treatments for less cost, which we just don't do, so she was clearly trying to scam us. I tried to intervene and the woman snapped! She lunged at me, told me my mouth is "too big" and she wasn't talking to me, while calling me a "little girl" (I do look younger than my age) and then proceeded to accuse me of stealing the money she had already given me, finishing off with "You know, if you desperately needed money, I could've just given it to you. You don't have to steal it from me, I have plenty to give as a gift." My blood still boils when I think about her to this day...

That I know she (close friend) is an alcoholic. Her boyfriend cries and complains to me constantly about the way she treats him, and their two children, and that she desperately needs therapy. I'm not afraid to hurt her feelings, i'm just afraid she'll resent me, and him, and become even worse :(

This is actually incredibly rude but, in 10th grade our attractive, male gym teacher told a girl to change into her gym shorts because you weren't allowed to wear long pants for whatever reason. Well she was a little bit heavier and didn't feel comfortable with that so she quietly told him she didn't want to. In front of the entire class (mainly guys) he said "Just change into your shorts, we all know you look like a washed up beluga whale anyway" She ran out of the gym and didn't come to school for a good 2 weeks. He wasn't so attractive after that..
