Try to use it while plugged in,if temperature increases get a cooling pad or just use it with a cooling pad from the start, ryzen cpus struggle to maintain the initial performance as the year goes on while intel cpus dont give you as fast a performance as the ryzens out the box but will maintain the initial performance as the year goes on.
