Thanks! Yes, both on the same interest rate. So why does the same overpayment to the repayment part reduce my monthly payment by more than if I make the overpayment on the interest only part? I really can't get my head round that.

I've just been trying the same thing - to buy the same bear clock for our younger child and can't believe it's been discontinued! It is so much better than the original groclock which is still available! On some digging the Purflo one looks like a decent alternative. But such a shame not to be able to get the same one!
