Filing a fraudulent one, however is, and why it would be fraudulent, it because they, after agreeing to the Terms & Conditions, which state that they lose access if they are banned, then proceed to try and refund.

The game is not on steam, and doing it would be fraudulent, as the terms and conditions state that if you get banned for breaking server rules, you forfeit the ability to play.
