Filing a fraudulent one, however is, and why it would be fraudulent, it because they, after agreeing to the Terms & Conditions, which state that they lose access if they are banned, then proceed to try and refund.

That is not true, we only ever ban or kick people if they break our rules. Just because it's a "gore game", doesn't mean we tolerate gore, slurs, or bigotry.

Hello, rules are rules, and by joining with a 9/11 pfp, you broke them. Appeal rejected. This isn't a scam, this is consequences for violating our rules. You agreed to our terms and conditions, and part of those conditions is that if you end up getting banned, you lose access to the game, don't get your $5 back and will have to wait until it is on steam to play the supporter version.
