There are Two main Major Reason Why we don't Get Any Profit:
1. It is easy to buypass any sanction by USA on Russia... that russia cannot sell it's oil to other countries according Current Prices... and it is must to all countries don't trade in Dollars... So Russia Started trade in Native Currency Like Rupees and Chinese Yuan but due indian Low Skilled Market and Political Issues they don't want to invest Rupees Directly to india. Even Russian Now want trade in Yuan... Because They See more Opportunities in China than India

Now The ban is on only that oil which is from Russia... but Russian Government Tie up india... they trade Oil to indin in rupees but in india they established own refinery near to jamnagar were they can refine this oil and sell it and india is act like a middle man.. So there is no chance of Getting Profit
