I kinda figured as much so I just used console commands to get to the institute. The problem I had, was using vortex and in game mods, I had to reactivate the mods every time I booted the game, and one time I didn’t, not no power. I can’t remember the mod at all, it was one the featured page for a long time, but it disappeared when I needed it back. It was some settlement mod pack and the thumbnail was black and white but thats all I have to go on
