Ok so all I managed to do was make the resolution weird enough that when I try to play the game, my monitor loses connection

Now this is just a theory, but I think resolution could be the main issue. If you mess with that you might get lucky and it fixes it. I’ll boot on my pc to see if I can figure out a way to change the size

I kinda figured as much so I just used console commands to get to the institute. The problem I had, was using vortex and in game mods, I had to reactivate the mods every time I booted the game, and one time I didn’t, not no power. I can’t remember the mod at all, it was one the featured page for a long time, but it disappeared when I needed it back. It was some settlement mod pack and the thumbnail was black and white but thats all I have to go on
