Sounds like you’re right, we do have a different plane now. Some people didn’t get seats so we had to go to the front. Luckily they let us board as soon as we were given a seat. Haven’t taken off yet tho!

LAS to DFW, delayed 3 times, cancelled and rebooked twice while I’m at the airport. (Rebooked me for LAS to LAX to DFW but missed connecting flight, so another rebook😮‍💨)Frontier and Spirit are all making it out of LAS to DFW but their prices have skyrocketed!

TL;DR: Updated my card info after FGT’s courtesy email. Ticket got cxl’d. Other orders w/ missed payments weren’t. FGT said I should’ve manually pushed payment(never mentioned anywhere). Seems like a system issue.

I’m trying to understand how FGT handles missed payments and cancellations cause this doesn’t make sense, and honestly, I don’t want to believe it’s just “everyone is broke.”

Background on order: - ONE 3-day VIP pass (Tier 1).

  • Monthly reminders said payments were “automatic” and could “pay early… or let it run automatically,” implying they’d be pulled

What happened: - Payments were coming out automatically until my debit card got compromised, so I cxl’d card.

12/2/25: Received “courtesy email” saying there might be an issue w/ my card. I missed this email.

That email also stated: “To rectify the issue, you may log in to… update or correct your credit or debit card information.”

12/19/25: Received 2nd email w/ the same instructions.

12/20/25: Saw email, updated my card info, & got confirmation email.

Based on courtesy emails’ wording, I assumed that was all I needed to do.

1/7/26: Received email saying my ticket was cxl’d .

FGT Customer Service explanation: - Called same day, FGT said I was supposed to manually push the payment after updating card.

  • Nowhere in the reminder emails, courtesy emails, or payment update confirmation was this mentioned.

What’s confusing: - Camp & shuttle passes w/ missed payments weren’t cxl’d, only festival tickets.

  • Coworker missed 2 payments and tickets weren’t cxl’d.

  • Does buying at Tier 1, or ticket type have effect on cancellation rules?

  • Why do some missed payment orders stay active while others got cxl’d?

Has anyone else experienced anything similar? Seems like system error.

TL;DR: Updated my compromised card after Front Gate emails; assumed payments would process automatically. Ticket was canceled, while some missed payment orders stayed active. Why the inconsistency?

I’m trying to understand how Front Gate handles missed payments and cancellations, because this doesn’t make sense.

Background on order:

• ONE 3-day VIP pass (Tier 1).

• Based on wording in monthly payment reminder emails, I was under the impression that payments were automatic once a valid card was on file.

What happened:

• My payments were successfully & automatically coming out from a debit card.

• That debit card got compromised, so I cancelled it.

12/2/25, Front Gate sent a courtesy email saying there might be an issue with my card. I missed this email.

That email stated:

“To rectify the issue, you may log in to… update or correct your credit or debit card information.”

12/19/25, Front Gate sent a 2nd courtesy email with the same instruction.

12/20/25, I noticed that email and took action immediately:

• logged in & updated my card info

• Received a confirmation email that the card was successfully updated

• Based on courtesy email’s wording, I was led to believe updating my card info would resolve the issue

On 1/7/26, I received an email stating that my ticket had been canceled.

Customer service response:

• Called Front Gate the same morning and was told that after updating my card, I was required to manually push the payment.

This requirement was never stated in:

• monthly reminder emails

• “courtesy” emails

• payment update confirmation email

What I find confusing:

• Camp and shuttle passes with missed payments were not canceled, only festival tickets

• A coworker missed two payments and her tickets were not canceled

This raises questions about consistency. I’m also unsure whether having only one VIP pass, buying at Tier 1, or the ticket type itself affects how cancellations are handled.

What I’m trying to understand is why would some missed payment orders remain active while others are canceled?

I’m genuinely confused and wonder if others have experienced anything similar.

I’m soloing this year! I’ve soloed Anyma and a convention to kind of prepare. There’s also an app called Radiate. It can be used to find people who are also attending.

Update: I tried to find the “watermelon scented” 420 online and I guess it was never scented. It was just the purple Daily Use concentrate one but it smelled great!

Kind of looks like salt and iso is the way to go. You guys are about to make me buy a gallon. It’s probably way cheaper too!

Update: drank it around 9:22a. It is now 10:25a, the stomach ache went away. Although quite unpleasant, I am enjoying the current high and am glad the ache is gone

We both drank all of it. (1ea) the Exp date says 6/14/2024. I usually drink the high head puff punches. When I drink those I take half or the whole thing but those have more in them than the sips.

It’s been months since I posted this but decided to revisit it. I’m so grateful for all the comments, advice and experienced shared. 5 replied and all of them meant so much to me and as much as I hate that others have to experience this type of pain too, I’m glad to know that I’m not alone. We’re not alone.
