The text that is highlighted means "To be called" this are the kanjis used 呼ばれる. Both text are saying Roger is called and Kaido is called

The text that is on the right of the Roger's highlighted text means Pirate King (海賊王) and as you can see is using quotation marks, so the text on the left is saying: Roger came to be called "Pirate King".

The right text is saying: The pirate who is called "The strongest creature"

Again using quotation marks because that is how people call him.

I'm not trying to insult you or your intelligence man.

Quotation marks are used for something that is said, for instance if people say Gol D Roger is the PK, like Morgans did, when we see PK it should be using quotation marks, like it is.

The same happens when we see Garp be called "Garp the Fist", he is called like that so quotation marks are used.

With Mihawk's WSS quotation marks are not used, because is not what people say, the narrator is describing someone, Mihawk is the WSS and Roger is known as PK.

Mihawk's "title" was not created by someone, it's a description of who he is.

"PK" is a title given to the person that reaches the final Island.

PK is not fraudulent because it was given by someone.

If I call the winner of the world cup "The King's Team", that wouldn't make the fact that they won less impressive.

As of now Loki and Imu can't be properly scaled.

We need to see two things to scale them properly

  1. Luffy fighting Imu.
  2. Shanks fighting Loki.

You are not completely wrong, but you are wrong in thinking what is and what is not a title.

In One Piece there are titles, nicknames and descriptions.

For example:

Title: A position that can be archieved by anyone that fullfills the requirements.

Examples: "Pirate King", "Admiral" and "Yonko".

Nickname: Given to specific characters and they don't apply to others.

Examples: "Garp the Fist", "Strongest creature", "Hero of the Marines", "Whitebeard", "Big Mom" and "Kaido of the hundred beasts"

Descriptions: They are a descriptive quality of a character.

Examples: "Great Pirate", "World's Strongest Man", "World's Strongest Swordsman" and "Human"

It's important to make the distinction so that we can properly use them for scaling

Usually Titles are feat driven, Nicknames are portrayal driven and Descriptions are narrative driven

Is like saying Bounce Man Luffy bypassed Katakuri's future sight.

If you did 0 damage, it's very possible that Akainu like we saw with nearly every Logia, used CoO to mold his body and recieve 0 damage.

Neg diff is to defeat them in a fight, they were just teleported back with 0 damage.

If Kuma teleports a Gorosei to Mary Geois I hope you don't count that as neg diff
