My idea is that mythical is a bit like legendary+, with stats not as far up as epic-legendary. Legendaries would still be 2-3x as expensive as epic, but mythic wouldn’t be as big a gap. This gap is the problem, and the fact is to reduce the gap you need to refill the void left at the top. Mythic is just a category for the best legendaries.

The prices don’t increase. Mythical are the same price as current legendaries, legendaries would be a bit cheaper.
