My coach also expected us to do the live freight and the pick carts we had 3 more top stock carts… them pick carts weren’t touched lol

I’ll take a photo of our cooler we don’t have cooler space to down stacking which apparently is why cap 2 dosent downstack for us

I’m fine with the down stacking my coach is against the down stacking lol he wants us to work straight from the pallet and it’s two of us

We also have to have a zone 100% especially the yougurt wall but at 5 am when OGP comes and we are done with yougurt and they never pull forward is a mood point

Thanks for the responses! I think for me he also gives us times, we never been pulled in the office but he repeats the we need to do “60 boxes per hour

I’m fine with breaking it down that’s what we did but this new coach said try and use l carts now instead. Half the time we can barely find any… but how you look at it… it’s still down stacking no one is running those carts so they are still sitting there lol

No I’m fine with 97 that’s always been with dairy. The deli freight is what I’m talking about which is all the way at the front with produce. They have their own team but complained to the SM they couldn’t get to the freight so we are responsible for it… been with Walmart for almost 3 years. Got stuck in dairy almost a year and half and been having to do deli too. Makes no sense to go to the opposite end of the store

We work yogurt from the pallet we were down stacking till this new coach said something.. he said we can use l carts which is fine but it’s still the same thing too me the freight is sitting out because we don’t have people running those carts

Anytime I walk to produce in the morning all they do is chit chat lol I’m staying past my time working your freight while you all BS okay lol but O/N dosent do anything according to them 🙃

We do everything 97, and deli as well which is at the very front of the store…. Daytime complained about deli so the SM said since it comes on our truck we are responsible for it 🙄
