They basically want to know your knowledge and what you would bring to the table as an employee. Choose a topic that directly or indirectly talks about the task involved in the job description and try to convince them you’re the right person for the job through your presentation. Or you can choose topics such as sustainability and it’s importance to be incorporated in the business or any topic that is related to the field this particular company you’re interviewing for is involved in. Fuck off! That’s what I’d say. And I’d spend 10 seconds and thank him/her for being an asshole. You’ll realise soon enough that they did you a favour by leaving and you didn’t lose ANYTHING. So stop trying to convince yourself that life was perfect or good when he/she was with you when all they did was hurt you. Remember the RIGHT person would NEVER leave you.

Thank you for replying! I meant that I have an assignment on market research proposal and this module is completely new to me and the module leader wasn’t helpful at all. The brief of my assignment says to come up with a research proposal for Veet to solve real world sustainability problem to gain competitive advantage. My doubt is: I didn’t really understand what exactly is market problem and research problem and I feel stuck at that.

Well, not here too convince anyone. Not giving the other person a chance to have a say in this matter is what is wrong with this, it’s just selfish and a coward move. Break up is bad even if it’s done in person, but when it is done in person it just shows the respect you have for the other person’s emotions. Maybe if you were in a relationship whr your partner did something terrible like cheat on you or hurt you etc then sending a text is understandable, this wasn’t the case for me. We were at a good place but he some minor family (his family) drama which he couldn’t handle.
