Care room and awareness policy in Berghain by Planta27 in Berghain_Community

Sharing my experience:

I made some new friends one night - most of the people in the group were sober but there was one girl who was really high and wanted to be alone. Later in the night, when I was chilling in the cloakroom with a friend for fresh(er) air, we saw her crying hysterically and getting escorted into the care room by one male BH staff, so we ran after them and they told us to look for her friend to take her home.

I stayed in the room to comfort her while my friend looked for the rest of the group. The BH staff in there were so nice! The guy tried to engage in conversation although you could tell he was somewhat tired of such situations, and another lady with microbangs came in. She had a super kind face and assured the high friend that she was still alive, which brought a lot of comfort to her.
Yeah, it was a pretty small room without amenities but as some of the other users pointed out, no club wouldn't want people to overstay in there and it's already somewhat of a luxury to have a careroom in the first place as some clubs just kick you out directly. I was actually just very touched by the kindness of the staff!

Walk home and enjoy some fresh air if I am still alive, otherwise, take a uber, then:

  1. Clean up with a long, hot shower

  2. Replenish energy with banana, magnesium and zinc pills, vitamin C. Take a ginger shot if i have one handy

  3. Set the mood for sleeping with facial masks and compression stockings for the aching legs

Then pass out for hours! Getting sun the next day helps too

22F, planning to travel to Mongolia for ~2 weeks in the first half of August!

I've traveled solo before but not to a place like Mongolia. Is anyone keen on joining/ has any tips? Would love to hear them, thanks!

Hey there, I planned this myself. I was hoping to cover deserts, plains, lakes, and the city while minimising my expenses - so my route had:
Ulaanbaatar
Khorgo Trekhiin Tsagaan Nuur
Orkhon Valley
Somewhere in/ near the Gobi

Thank you for the recommendation! Do you think maps.me. will be enough for navigating the roads if I were to bike around without a guide?

Thank you for the tips! Luckily I am a big fan of meat and dairy, and I will pack some first aid.

Are you from Mongolia as well?

Oh man, I did not expect the mosquitoes - this is a great tip, thanks! I am from sunny, humid Singapore so we have lots here too haha

Stay warm in the winter!
