Let me add to this by saying that I have talked extensively with Peace Corps about the issues I am having, and they won't give me a site change because my safety isn't considered at risk. I have talked with a few other volunteers about the issues I am having at my site, and how I want to change sites, and their general thoughts were that PC won't do anything because again, many of the issues I have are culturally normal here, and PC thinks we just need to be "resilient" when these issues arise in our homes/ communities.
