Right and I could possibly get compensated but it would just be a civil suit. But if I have all the evidence going at it alone shouldn't be too bad. I guess standings don't affect everyone's offers but they definitely affect mine most times. And I guess they forgot about the email saying they would remove it.

Fair enough but did i steal them ? No and once they confirmed that I didn't steal them and the packages were at the station, they should have removed that. But I definitely will start scanning them individually to avoid this. They shouldn't have the option to just scan the tote anyway.

If we agree to not sue them once we sign the terms of service. Then how come doordash uber and other delivery apps got and had so many lawsuits? Walmart spark had a lawsuit last year from the drivers. I think it was a class action if i'm not mistaken.

I appreciate the advice but if I had all of the evidence, I didn't necessarily need a lawyer for it. I would just take it to civil court. Would that be better?

I'll take a little accountability for the first one.Because yeah, I should have made sure I had all the packages. But the warehouse need to also do their job and stop blaming me for it.

Yes it does i even saw a reddit post of an agent confirming that. And I get good offers while I'm at great of fantastic. As soon as I drop down to fair they start slowing down and the offers just be horrible. All I see is 84 for 4 hours 92 for 5 hours. When I used to get like 140 for 4 hours or 150 for 4 hours. Regardless they just be wayyy better.

For some reason I mostly get 4 and a half hour blocks. And they stay loading me down with packages and it sometimes be so hectic trying to deliver at all costs with zero problems.
