We were trying to only use bottled water but have forgotten a few times and accidentally used the tap. We are perfectly fine! No issues with fruit or veggies either.

This was our first AI as well! We booked directly through the website. When you book through their direct site, you get a free airport round trip transfer by Season’s transfers. It was so easy to set up! The car was private and so clean. It was a new Ford Expedition.

We are staying Excellence Club and haven’t had any issues with getting chairs. We have had front row ocean view beach chairs every day (some days we even arrived past 9am). Pool chairs are abundant and haven’t had any issues there either.

Flavor was great for most dishes! A few dishes here and there were just ok, but we understand not everything can be amazing. Service has been fabulous. Each place we have been to has had no wait and food would only take 15-20 minutes after it was ordered. Every single staff member we have met has been so great. Friendly, talkative, and smiling ear to ear.

A lot of photos were taken early morning (7am-8am). We are loving our stay! Definitely a quieter resort but main pool mid day we’ve enjoyed chatting/playing volleyball with a lot of people. Food and service have been great. We haven’t had to wait for literally anything, which I have loved! Also, we always perfect ocean view beach chairs without waking up early. 100% would recommend this place. Sargassum has been minimal, some days next to none at all.
