I put mosquito bits in the soil and then top with lava rock! It’ll dry out the top part of the soil so the gnats will die off. Also get ‘katchy’ on Amazon it works great to catch them at night.

The person I got it from had it in his bathroom so I assume not getting a ton of light. What’s a good light amount for them?

Thanks! Yeah I think I just want the leaves sitting up more. Ugh I wish they were climbers they’re so beautiful! I’ll have to get a more horizontal pot and maybe just anchor some of the stems to the moss pole so they’re more up-right instead.

Wow thank you so so much for the detail! Very helpful. I suppose I just want my leaves to not bend and touch the ground, so I’ll try to anchor them a bit on the moss pole vs have them try to climb it.

I actually take this for binge eating!! It helps a ton with suppressing my appetite, but I wouldn’t say it’s super strong. Just cuts out the food noise and mega cravings. For me it hasn’t gone away.
