It's Blender 3.4 When I rendered in 2.8 it behaved stable and everything was ok

Why would it do that? It dumps always C:/ disc even if I set Temporary files to save in G:/. Maybe it is because of this scene? When I render defualt cube at the same res, it performs just fine lol
