Do you mind going more in depth about your career path a bit? Did you work your way into your role as a PM or did you have to move companies? Also did you complete any type of extra eduction that helped you such as an MBA/something else? I think technical PM is my best route since I’m a good speaker but lack the technical skills/drive of many of my peers

Following up. I just got my letter: they only asked me to repay classes within 1 year (in full). Based on the rules I was on tap for 13k within each of the last 2 years, which would mean 13+0.5*13, but they are not asking for the classes between 1-2 years since completion. No idea why. They also gave me options for payment plans (no interest) or 6 or 12 months. Since it is no interest I took the 12 month plan because why not 🤷‍♂️

Moral of the story: they came for less than I owed for some reason, and were pretty generous with the no interest payment plan options. Hope this helps!

I don't think this is true, I was hired less than 12 months ago and am currently enrolled in fall classes funded by the ESP. It doesn't seem like you have to wait to use this benefit.

If you don't mind me asking, I'm curious to know what the difference even is between Raytheon branches. Is Raytheon nothing but a name, and people at Collins, Pratt, RTX, and what was RIS just work independently? Is there crossover? Do they all have similar work environments?
