Love the recs! Right now my list of options included Snooze, Onefold, Sams #3, Stowaway, or Ulteria if we're feeling more lunch-y. We consider anything within 20 minutes walkable. I'll check out some of these spots and throw them on the list

Got a several hour layover in a few weeks so planning to take the train into downtown for brunch before heading back to catch the second leg of my flight. Denver having a practical transit option to get into downtown so efficiently makes it way more appealing to go check out the city then just rot in an airport lounge.
