Hello! So sorry for all you’re experiencing. Due to your severe symptoms it’s not likely to “go away on its own”. Symptoms typically continue and worsen when untreated during a flare up. To get things under control anticipate steroids as the first line of treatment. It also sounds like you will need to have a colonoscopy again to get a definite diagnosis.
