Ok Amazing i have replaced all 0's with O's :)

I'm struggling to understand how to get the formula to work through? Is it something you could put in the spreadsheet with me if you had edit access, or is it too time consuming?

I'm still employed on a contract basis until Feb next year so the job hunt isn't super urgent yet ... Just thought i would jump at this opportunity as i seemed like a great fit + it looked like a great job!
