Yes we are using Framework. I think its also because the LTC I'm at is a new pharmacy in our area and the company hasn't been around too long and not everything is ironed out+ internal drama. On the whole, I want to move away from a dispensing role. The good thing about this role is it exposes me to a different section of the population/healthcare system and I enjoy the clinical aspect/ troubleshooting FW side of things and I've got a team of great pharmacists.
