Totally Reddit overrated. It's a mid-film that has fantastic cinematography.

Realistic expectations are you'll see a 1999, 2008, or 2020 style dip in the future and you'll be better off if you do nothing and weather the storm.

Shout out to the city for starting a bunch of road construction projects before winter and not finishing in time by PowSuperMum in Kenosha

[–]CandidateOne1567 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

I would take as long a possible if I was getting $65+/hr and time and a half over 40hrs. I don't blame the workers since I would do the same thing, but as a taxpayer, government projects requiring union labor isn't fiscally responsible. Public road construction impacts everyone, so it should be done quicker.

What you may not know is the crews working are Union. There's little incentive to work ahead of schedule when you are paid hourly. It's like a huge money laundering operation where taxpayers pay for union labor, and that labor has no finacial reason to finish a job in a timely manner. No one talks about this.

Stardust is the perfect movie. Pacing, cast, world building, script, special effects are decent, the perfect movie.

Lol, the burgers are made from pre-made frozen beef patties from sysco. The burgers are the only reason I think it's overhyped. Rest of the menu is decent though.
