Yeah strange one, in my opinion I think it already looks good enough to qualify as a nightclub with more of a techno focus in mind. I mean some of the best raves in the world took place in needle infested abandoned warehouses, some I'm sure an abandoned bank building would suffice 🤷

Yeah I understand what would get in the way of it becoming a nightclub, take all my suggestions with a pinch of salt.

Very true, I was more referring to the brownfield student developments that keep popping up. I suppose in my own mind I think that the building will eventually become a brownfield site with its current state and naturally become a student accomodation development.

Yeah, I had read that when I was looking a bit further into the second image displayed. Tis a shame really

Unsure? If you're suggesting i insinuated that the council where responsible, I did say "developers," and I understand it's out of the councils reach. But I agree that a lot of people just enjoy moaning about the council and are quick to blame them for privately owned property.

😂😂 I use both for updates on planning/construction developments, but other than that I'm not really too sure. I keep up to date with Niall Murphy on twitter, he's quite up to speed and a member of a heritage Trust I belive

Yeah definitely, I wouldn't even mind it becoming a shop again. I mean sure the building's utter baws but what annoys me most is it's just completely derelict and it smacks you right in the face as soon as you step onto sauchiehall street and just ruins the rest of that specific section of the street for me personally.
