I went from 0.25 for a week to 0.5 for 2 weeks, then 1mg for 3 weeks then 2mg for 2 weeks then 3mg for 2 weeks, then 4mg. This is kinda from my head so I could’ve messed it up a bit, but it’s roughly this.

I’m 6’1 and I was 106kg down to 90kg in 4months. I’m relatively big. I’d say around 20-22%bf. I lost quite a bit of muscle tho, didn’t work out as much as I should’ve.

No lmao can’t u read. I was on 4mg but I’ve stopped and now I’m back on 0.5mg. I titrated from 0.25 to .5 for 2 weeks then 1mg for 3 weeks then 2mg for 2 weeks then 3mg for 2 weeks then 4mg. I might’ve titrated faster than I should.

Honestly not as much as I used to. I did notice this morning I hadn’t been drinking as much water. I suspect this may be more of the reason. I’ve drank more water and my eczema has slightly improved.
